Vitamin 'E' :-

Milk, meat, egg, coconut, Banana, rice etc. Are contain in vitamin 'E'. Due to lack of vitamin 'e', repeated abortion and The uterus vulnerability arises. So vitamin 'E' is called the uterus energy-generating vitamin.
