Tetanus

Tetanus:-

Tetanus is caused by germs called Bacillus Tatani. Normally there is an accident on the road or if there is a iron injured  and if it is bleeding then there is a risk of this disease Tetanus. This germ is mixed with blood after biting fish or for any reason.
Then these germs produce one type of toxic substance in the blood. These toxins spread throughout the body.

Symptoms:-

• This disease is very dangerous. So will be treated by good doctor.
• The first symptom of this disease is the toothache. At first jaw was caught. It is very difficult to open the mouth.
• There is pain in the throat. Could not swallow anything.
• Then there is strong convulsions and breathing difficulties. This convulsions is called Spasm.
• Then the body is twisted like a bow. some patient is twisted in the back or some patient is twisted in the forward. Many times the body is twisted too much. As a result, there is a possibility of breaking the muscle and breaking the rate.
• The patient is more than look Intently. We got up on the eyebrow forehead.
• Many times the patient is out of the teeth. The whole body is very sweaty And the urine decreases.
•  Meningitis is the first fever in the disease, It does not contain it. But there is fever seen and it increases very much. The last is a severe fever. The patient's understanding is not lost. They suffer tremendous pain until death.

Complicated symptoms :-

• The treatment of tetanus disease was very good but due to no quick treatment many patients are feared for life.
• Lumbar pancakes have to be done in many cases when the disease increases. If you do not do it, the pressure of the brain starts to start with the result of more pressure, but also endanger the patient's life. In many cases sudden attacks occur and then the death is approaching if it is not immediately treated properly. 
• All time hold the jaw. If there is a history of wounds or cutting, it should be thought and treated immediately.

If the patient is not able to eat, then feed them with tubes. Nasal or rectal Feeding is required. Cold and hot water strip after the abdomen, Then it can become urine.
