Vitamin 'C' :-

These vitamins are available in oranges, lemon, lime, pineapple, tomatoes, watermelon, bananas, cucumbers, mugs, peas, Chickpea, onions, spinach, cabbage, eggs, different cress, lettuce leaves, etc. These vitamins are wasted on heat.
